Wholesale Merchandising / Production Assistant

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of an established supplier, who work with some lovely fashion forward premium womenswear labels.

Working in a support capacity to the head of merchandising/production and wholesale merchandiser, you will be supporting the team in a fast paced and busy office.

Once the order is confirmed, day to day you will be create CP deadlines based on DC date and relevant transit lead times; follow up POs and check with account managers that all dates, price and details are correct as agreed; follow up on fabric/lining orders and check L/D – s/off - bulk ref sending dates; check with the Vietnam office to ensure that all details regarding labels, trims, barcodes, and special tickets are clear; keep the style folders organized, ensuring each folder contains a copy of the approved lab dip, strike-off, fabric and trims; update Airtable for each step, including PO receiving date, lab dip/strike-off, bulk submission and approval dates, and fit status; follow up on fit comment emails from the garment techs and ensure that Fit Status part on Airtable is updated; send all submissions to customers, share tracking details, and follow up on approvals plus flag any delays from the customer’s side; coordinate with the VN office on outstanding trims and pre-production samples, ensuring they are sent on time; check Airtable updates daily to ensure our sections are up-to-date; and ensure each style has the latest image of the garment with the correct trim and fabric.
