Wholesale Merchandiser

A new opportunity has arisen with womenswear, high-street fashion supplier based in North West London. Due to the needs of the business, suitable candidates must be immediately available. This role is 5 days in the office with parking available on-site.

Duties will include:
*Raising PO's with sales office and follow up with sales contracts, ensure contracts signed on time
* Liaising with sales offices on a day-to-day basis
* Laise with China office and follow up approval samples, PP and shipment samples.
* Liaising with QA technologist inhouse for fits or customers technologist on a regular basis.
* Updating and managing critical path
* Attend Pre production sample approval and bulk quality issue meetings.
* Ensuring garment delivery on track and follow up with the shipping for bulk shipment.
* Getting weekly production status updates from the sales offices and relaying this back to the team and customers
* Any other reasonable duties as required.
