Our client, who are industry leaders within a leisure/entertainment brand, are seeking a venue manager to lead their Leicester site. As venue manager, you’ll work closely with the regional manager, taking full ownership of the site's day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving commercial success. You’ll also be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing your team, creating clear career progression pathways.

What We’re Looking For:
