Training Manager

A global hospitality and catering company partners with iconic venues across the UK by providing hospitality services. The company has been established for decades and centre their values around it's people and customers.

As a training manager, you will support the HR and talent team in creating, delivering and executing the training strategy across the business. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will identify training needs and then design and implement effective learning strategies.

Coming from a training background, you will be someone with experience in the hospitality, retail or customer-facing industry.

The role is paying up to £50,000 plus a benefits package. The role is based in Uxbridge and there will travel across London. Please note there is hybrid working.
