Training Manager

Our client an established Leisure retailer is searching for a Training Manager to support the retail side of the business in Uxbridge. It is a great time to join this company with it's continuing success with HR projects and people development driving results.

Reporting into the HR Director this is a brand new role for the company. You will be responsible for the delivery of training across all business areas and successfully partner with all stakeholders. The role will be creating content and delivering the training across the business. It is a hybrid role based from Uxbridge. This role will need to be able to travel to their sites for delivery.

You will have experience of working as a successful and results driven Training Manager and will have at least three years experience in a similar role in training in a retail, leisure or hospitality environment. You will be a strong communicator who can work at pace and build excellence stakeholder relationships across key senior leaders.
