The Role:
As a Freelance Technical Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the technical development of both womenswear and menswear collections.
- Partnering with design, production, and supply chain teams to deliver outstanding quality and precision.
- Conducting fit sessions, offering detailed technical guidance, and resolving any production concerns.
- Managing relationships with factories and suppliers to ensure consistency in fit, construction, and finishing standards across all garments.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A strong background as a Technical Manager within the fashion industry, with expertise spanning both womenswear and menswear.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, and grading techniques.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- A proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
