Are you passionate about food safety, quality management, and ensuring consumer trust in the food we serve? We are seeking a dedicated Technical Manager to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards in food safety, nutrition, and ethical practices. This role plays a key part in managing the quality control of our products, ensuring safe handling, and adhering to industry regulations across our production and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities will include;

Collaborate with the Head of Safety to develop and implement supplier policies focused on quality, safety, and ethics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring clear communication of standards and expectations.
Oversee guest communication related to nutrition and allergen information.
Rigorously overseeing the specification management process, thoroughly detailing product specification, ingredient sourcing, relevant validations and production process to ensure comprehensive guidelines.
Actively participating in cross functional collaboration with the Food team to guarantee that newly developed products align with company policies and legal food safety legislations.
Maintain a robust supplier management system, including accountability for complaints management by promptly addressing and resolving issues relating to product quality or compliance deviations.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong technical understanding of food safety and quality management practices. You will need to be a strong communicator and have the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
