Team Manager - Nights

This global retailer is looking for a team manager to support the management team during nights. The retailer are known for their diverse range of products and great customer service.

This role will see you responsible for managing the stock level across a number of divisions within the store, as well as monitoring stock loss and making sure that all the operational tasks are completed in a timely manner.

As an ideal candidate you will be a solution driven profile, with leadership skills in order to guide the team maintaining excellent stock standards both across the shop floor and at back of the house. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with both sales team and management in order to meet the business needs.

Coming from a similar position, you will be someone with great organisations skills working in a fast pace environment.

The role pays up to £34,000 plus a 15% night allowance and annual bonus. The company also offers a benefits package with health and life insurance .
