Supply chain and logistics manager

A luxury fragrance retailer in East London is looking for an experienced and motivated supply chain & logistics manager to join their expanding team. This forward-thinking brand is transforming the wellness and fragrance space by combining science with luxury to enhance and uplift moods. As they scale internationally, they need a dedicated professional to optimise operations and support their continued growth.

In this role, you will take ownership of stock placement, inventory optimization, and warehouse coordination, while managing budgets and contributing to commercial planning. Working within a fast-growing start-up, you’ll also lead on shaping strategy across the entire supply chain and logistics function. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will build and nurture effective relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience across the logistics process, with international expertise—particularly in the USA—being a distinct advantage. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
