As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating a tailored, memorable shopping experience for our clients, driving sales, and upholding the high standards of the Victoria Beckham brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and returning clients, offering personalized service and styling advice to enhance their experience.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals and brand objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of care and attention.
- Oversee daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring the store is presented to the highest standard and reflects the luxury values of Victoria Beckham.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies that enhance client loyalty and increase customer retention.
- Organise exclusive events and private viewings for key clients, ensuring they feel valued and engaged with the brand.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure the efficient flow of merchandise.
- Support in the training and development of the sales team, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to provide outstanding service to clients.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within luxury retail, with a strong focus on client relationship management.
- A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the Victoria Beckham brand.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- A sales-driven mentality with a strong focus on providing personalised, exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team to consistently exceed expectations.
- Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends and holidays.
