A luxury accessories retailer based on Oxford Street are are looking for a supervisor to deliver an impeccable and memorable customer experience. This brand is host to a beautiful range of products that tailor to everyday use.

The ideal candidate will have vast experience within the luxury sector and be comfortable developing long lasting relationships to encourage repeat businesses and brand loyalty.

Whilst delivering exceptional customer service is a priority, you will also be responsible for ensuring that your team are delivering the service standards that are expected and effectively tailoring to customer needs.

The role is paying up to £33,000 + 1% comission on all personal sales.
