We have a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at Bonmarché in our brand-new store located in the Horkans Garden Centre. Castlebar is a town with rich history, picturesque natural surroundings, and great local amenities. With great transport links to nearby towns and cities, our new store offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development. As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
