With a strong presence and loyal customer base, this successful Richmond store is now looking for a confident and experienced store manager to lead the team.

This is a fantastic role for a fashion-forward, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll be responsible for driving commercial success, managing a high-volume store, and most importantly—inspiring and developing a passionate team.

We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A strong background in fashion retail, ideally as a Store Manager or Flagship Manager
- Proven people leadership skills, with a focus on coaching, development, and performance
- A commercial mindset and the ability to manage KPIs and deliver results
- A genuine passion for creating a warm, inclusive store culture that reflects the brand's values
