Store Manager

A fashion accessories retailer who are known for their high quality and stylish designs are looking for a senior store manager to be based on the outskirts of Leeds.
The role of store manager will require you to effectively manage the site and drive the teams’ KPI’s whilst implementing the standards around providing an excellent customer service. You will be responsible for a team of 10 – 15 staff and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure targets are being achieved.
Premium/luxurt fashion experience is desirable for this role. You will be at the forefront of driving operations, ensuring processes are smooth and streamlined.
The role is paying up to £35,000.
