We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at Bonmarché Dalton Park. Located within one of the North East’s premier outlet shopping destinations, our store attracts a wide range of customers looking for great value and on-trend fashion. As a key part of this busy retail hub, our Dalton Park store offers a fast-paced and rewarding environment. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced manager to lead the team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience every day.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
