About the Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our two-floor store, overseeing a team of 12, including a Deputy Manager and two Supervisors. With a £1.3m turnover, this is a high-profile opportunity for a leader who thrives in large retail spaces and enjoys driving commercial success through exceptional visual merchandising (VM) and team development.

What We’re Looking For
We need a proven retail manager with at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a high-turnover, large-format store. You’ll have:

✅ A strong background in people management, coaching, and leadership
✅ Experience in managing VM and maintaining a high store presentation standard
✅ A track record of delivering commercial results and driving sales performance
✅ The ability to create an engaging customer experience, aligned with White Stuff’s brand values
