Store Manager

A self-storage company that has cemented itself as an industry leader is looking for a store manager for their flagship location in London. As the store manager, your main responsibility is to lead and develop your team to drive sales targets.
Other responsibilities include customer service, marketing, health and safety maintenance, admin and ad hoc projects.
Coming from a service-led environment within the retail space, you will be someone who has excellent prioritisation skills, strong leadership qualities, commercial awareness and is proactive.
The role is paying up to £40,000. There is a bonus scheme and benefits package that includes pension and share scheme, free parking, cycle to work scheme, family policies and volunteer days.
