As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, from managing daily operations to inspiring your team to deliver excellent service. You will drive sales performance, manage stock, and ensure a consistent, high-quality shopping experience. Leading by example, you’ll foster an engaged team and create an inviting atmosphere for customers.

The ideal candidate will have significant retail management experience, preferably within fashion, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You’ll be a proven leader with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on achieving targets.

This role offers a salary of up to £43,000, plus a performance-based bonus and an attractive staff discount.
