Candidates will need to have experience in stores with similar turnovers and display the ability to show strong leadership whilst achieving sales targets. The company prides itself on providing shoppers with a memorable experience and currently has over 200 stores that all aim to develop their employees whilst nurturing a fun and exciting atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager who demonstrates desirable leadership qualities to deliver outstanding customer service standards and operationally excellence which are priorities within the business.
The role is paying up to £37,000.
