Store Manager

Fraser Hart is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury sales team in Worcester. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail, with experience in managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. A commercial mindset and ability to drive business results will be essential in this role.

About You
• You have at least 3 years of relevant Store Management / Leadership experience in a luxury, customer-focused retail environment selling luxury products and brands
• You will lead, motivate, and coach your people to have personal meaningful interactions with our customers to make them feel special
• You will have the confidence to share knowledge and drive behavioural change to develop team growth
• You will be commercially minded to maximise sales opportunities and drive business performance
Salary Package

£70,000-£90,000 per annum + bonus
