Our client is one of the largest retailers based in the Channel Islands trading under several different brands and partnering with with some of the best known names in retail. We are looking for their food division.

As a store manager, you may be managing a supermarket through to a convenience store, depending on experience. The role is looking for a strong retail leader who can lead from the front, drive standards and sales and develop a team. Motivation and develop is key.

Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate skillsets from a similar environment. You will be a great communicator, inspirational, and commercially driven.

The package to relocate is competitive. There will be support with relocation, ongoing cost of living allowance and bonus worth 25% and a generous basic of up to £40,000. the client offers a competitive base salary, an annual living allowance, a performance-based bonus scheme, and relocation support.
