A retailer who specialises in lingerie, casualwear and accessories is looking for a store manager for their store in Cardiff. Working closely with the store team, you will be responsible for delivering commercial, operational and audit targets that exceed business expectations. The retailer has a global presence and this is matched with their rich history.
As a store manager, you will be responsible for the store's performance by focusing on sales, training, merchandising & operations.
Coming from a customer-facing background, you will be a retail manager who has a proven track record operating in a fast and high-volume environment.
The role is paying up to £38,000 for the right candidate. There is a benefits package included. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity.
