Deputy Store Manager

This industry leading accessories retailer is looking to welcome a deputy store manager to its Manchester based team. The company places an emphasis on the level of service provided throughout its stores, in turn providing plenty of opportunities for internal development and growth.

The role will entail third-party leadership of a department and running the store on occasion. Pushing service through your team on the shop floor and ensuring they are maximising their potential will also fall under your jurisdiction as a part of the management team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate prior managerial experience within a retail setting, exhibiting a clear passion for providing excellent customer service. A proactive approach will also be beneficial, whilst collaborative skills will be essential.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £30,000, with further opportunities to improve your renumeration through a generous bonus scheme.
