A fashion retailer who are renowned for their elegant and modern designs are looking for a store manager in the Hammersmith area. This company is continously growing across the UK and looking to expand within the coming years.
The role of store manager will require the chosen candidate to effectively achieve KPI’s whilst leading the team and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 15 – 10 staff, ensuring that everybody is motivated and achieving targets to increase sales within the store.
Experience managing a flagship store within retail is desirable. You will also need to be comfortable with payroll, profit margins and scheduling to ensure that the store is commercially successful.
The role is paying up to £41,000.
