Store Manager

This luxury fashion retailer is looking to welcome a store manager to its London based store. The company, that stocks pre-loved and brand new products, is a family run business and operates within a close knit harmonious environment.

The role will entail running the store on a day to day basis and overseeing the performance and development of your team. The role will be quite hands on, and your expertise will be utilised to capitalise on any market trends as well as ensuring the optimal levels of visual merchandising standards of the store.

The ideal candidate will be an innovative retail leader, with prior experience in a management position. A natural flair and confidence to allow for effective decision making will also be necessary.

The successful candidate will receive a salary paying up to £36,000 and the opportunity to grow your OTE through commission paid on a monthly basis. The benefits package also includes some great staff discounts.
