Store Manager

This premium accessory retailer is looking to welcome a store manager to its industry leading team. The company, established over 20 years ago, provides a bespoke look and approach of service to its rapidly growing customer base.

The role will entail taking responsibility for the maintenance of the excellent standards of visual merchandising and customer service in store, as well as day to day management of the team to ensure they are fulfilling their potential.

The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience and will be able to cater to the premium environment the company resides within. Experience working to KPIs and communicating with senior members of management is also desirable.

The successful candidate will benefit from a salary paying up to £53,500 and the opportunity to grow OTE through a bonus scheme.
