Store Manager

A growing optical retailer is seeking a store manager for one of their sites in East London. Still a relatively new company, they have revolutionised the eyewear space offering a bespoke concept for tailor made frames creating unique solutions for their customers that are perfectly fitted.

As the store manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of the store, ensuring your team delivers a first-class customer experience while enhancing the store's commercial performance. Regular appraisals, maintaining high store standards, and fostering team development will also be key aspects of your role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the world of optometry, the client is open to looking at candidates that can demonstrate leading a one-to-one selling environment where you can coaching and lead a team to success. Ideally, you can demonstrate your skills in people leadership, account and client management, drive brand awareness and create a high end retail environment.

The basic salary is up to £50,000, depending on experience. There is an attractive bonus scheme, a free pair of bespoke glasses each year and the opportunity for potential personal growth with this growing company.
