An exciting opportunity has come up for a store manager to join a well-loved premium brand in its Taunton location.
The store manager will be the brands ambassador with excellent team management experience.
As the manager of the store you will be leading from the front, coaching and developing the team to hit KPIs.
You will be driving customer service, and developing a loyal customer base, as well as looking at local marketing events.
Managing back of house operations such as HR, payroll and loss prevention will also be a big part of your role.
To be successful in this role you will have previous store management experience, and be passionate about customer service.
You will be a strong communicator, and be able to influence. You will be a commercial manager, always looking at ways to keep achieving.
In return there is a competitive salary up to £34,000 plus bonuses. You will be part of a business that prides itself on staff development and longevity.
