Store Director

Due to internal moves our client is seeking a Store Director to lead the team for their flagship operations in Central London.

Looking to appoint early in 2025 and conduct interviews in the new year. We are seeking candidates from Premium and Luxury retail who understand the importance of creating store environments that excite, engage and educate customers.

You will need significant retail management experience from Fashion, Homeware or Beauty at a senior level. Experience with personal shopping or clientelling is highly desirable.
You will lead a team of 35 - 50 colleague in this role. Ensuring your management teams can deliver through their people to maintain and advance the companies excellent reputation and results.
