Stock Manager

As stock manager, you will oversee all back-of-house operations in a store with a high sales revenue. You'll work as part of a management team, focusing on replenishment, range reviews, promotional merchandising, health and safety, and store administration. This role is a perfect fit for those retail managers who prefer the back of house duties. You'll also have the autonomy to make decisions within your department, with the freedom to implement new ideas in an open and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a retail background, with experience in fast paced, high sales revenue environments like supermarkets, department stores and value retailers. You will be able to demonstrate your passion for retailing, attention to detail, adhering to standards, whilst motivating your team, coaching and developing their skills. This is night based role working 18.00-06.00 on a three on three off pattern.

The basic salary of up to £35,000, plus a night shift allowance of up to 40%. The bonus structure in place is worth 12% of your salary. The benefits package is extensive, some highlights are: healthcare, life assurance, 33 days holiday, generous discount and 6% matched pension.
