Senior Store Manager

A fashion accessories retailer who are known for their high quality and stylish designs are looking for a senior store manager to be based in the Ashford Outlet.
The role of senior store manager will require you to effectively manage the site and drive the teams’ KPI’s whilst implementing the standards around providing an excellent customer service. You will be responsible for a team of 10 – 15 staff and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure targets are being achieved.
Outlet experience is desirable for this role and a premium/luxury fashion background within retail is preferred. You will be at the forefront of driving operations, ensuring processes are smooth and streamlined.
The role is paying up to £38,000.
