An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior sales associate to join this newly opened flagship store based in Chelsea. The company are focused on providing the best quality footwear at an affordable price. Service is key here.
As the senior sales associate, your focus will be on maximising sales opportunities while fostering a supportive environment for the rest of the team. You will be a great role model, setting the tone for the one-to-one service. Excellent product knowledge is key. You will be a mentor to the junior members of the team sharing your experience in clienteling.
Your experience will come from a service led, luxury environment where you can demonstrate your success in driving sales, clienteling and coaching.
The basic salary on offering is up to £30,000 with an attractive benefits package which includes a generous discount, wellbeing options and a commission scheme.
