A global, hospitality brand is looking to recruit for a senior marketing manager to join its established team in London. This company has over 200 sites nationwide, with more expansion planned in 2025 and beyond. As a senior marketing manager, you’ll be responsible for on-site marketing and signage, driving the marketing promotional calendar to ensure alignment with company strategy and business goals. The company also has a new store opening programme for the next three to five years, so you’ll be responsible for executing the relevant marketing strategies to run alongside each opening. You’ll oversee the marketing of new product launches, manage the relationship with design and print agencies and will work closely with the finance team to track return on investment for every campaign you take the lead on.
The successful candidate will have gained experience in medium to large business as a senior marketing manager. Coming from a retail or hospitality background, you’ll be an expert at devising multiple strategies across online and offline platforms and will have gained experience managing a team. You’ll be an expert in using data-driven insights to make commercial decisions and be able to demonstrate how these decisions have achieved the necessary commercial results required of your role.
In return the role is paying up to £70,000 as a basic salary, depending on experience, along with the opportunity to earn up to 15% in bonus each year. The office is based in the City of London offering hybrid working, with the opportunity to work two days from home.
