Expected salary - £33,800- £45,000 (dependent on experience) Contract type - This position is a Permanent contract Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The Brand Marketing team are in the office for a minimum of one day per week (Thursdays) to connect as a team, with additional days on an ad-hoc basis to attend meetings, shoots, etc. Location - This role is based at our Pimlico Head Office. Key responsibilities Support the planning and delivery of end to end marketing and advertising campaigns. Proactively seeking out and building relationships with internal channel specialists, in-house content and design teams and external agencies. Ensure briefs are rooted in customer insight and outcomes, to ensure effective marketing campaigns are delivered across all of the 360° marketing mix and customer touch points. Support the forecasting and tracking of marketing expenditure against budget. Proactively support the team to deliver efficient ways of working, to ensure that processes are clear, efficient and appropriately analysed to land creative and compelling customer experiences across our channels. Seeking out best practice from other teams and optimises existing processes accordingly. Effective management of financial processes. Responsible for processing, monitoring & reporting against requisitions, purchase orders & invoices including amending PO amounts & finally closing POs upon reconciliation. Provide financial reports on a regular basis in advance of period end to the team. Proactively seeks out and builds relationships with internal channel specialists, in-house content and design teams, commercial counterparts and external agencies. Review competitors’ advertising activity on a daily basis to highlight any noteworthy activity & share it with wider marketing teams with commentary if deemed noteworthy. Compile weekly & seasonal competitor advertising reviews and share with interested parties. Essential skills/experience you’ll need Marketing campaign management Evidence of customer orientation, effective stakeholder management and planning and prioritisation; Evidence of analytical thinking Evidence of clear and effective presentation skills. Desirable skills/experience you may have Marketing experience in a high profile multi-channel consumer brand Commercial awareness Marketing/Business degree or equivalent Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma #LI-HEADOFFICE#LI-SD1#LI-HYBRID
