Senior Learning Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Learning Manager to lead strategic learning initiatives and empower teams to create impactful development opportunities. Please note this is a 12 month maternity cover contract, due to begin in July.
About the Role
Partnering with and reporting to the Head of L&D, you will define and execute the L&D strategy, oversee critical workstreams, and drive team leadership. This hybrid role requires a strong presence on-site participation in our weekly ‘Together Days’ at Hammersmith and Knightsbridge. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership: Shape L&D strategy, leveraging market insights and aligning with business goals. Manage team priorities, resources, and budgets.
Performance Management: Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of performance management initiatives, providing data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
Management Development (MD): Develop, design and facilitate programmes to enhance manager capabilities across the business through innovative solutions, mentoring, and quality assurance.
Learning Consultancy: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, deliver impactful learning experiences, and recommend targeted interventions based on needs analysis.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and refine strategies to ensure ongoing impact and alignment with organisational goals.
About You
You are an inspiring leader and strategic thinker with a passion for learning and development. You bring expertise in designing and delivering impactful L&D strategies and solutions, combined with excellent stakeholder engagement and team management skills.
You will have strong knowledge of adult learning principles, management development, and performance practices.
You are experienced in leading teams, facilitating learning programmes, managing budgets, and using data to inform decisions.
You thrive on collaboration, influence at all levels, and continuously improving learning outcomes.
