Search & Browse Manager
Shire Park, Kestral Way, Welwyn Garden City
This role will be at the heart of strategically improving the customer journey for the fast-growing online channel. It will be responsible for the day to day running, maintenance and improvements of Search & taxonomy for the new clothing proposition within the grocery home shopping website, as part of a well-established search & browse team. Building and executing an optimisation navigation plan with the online commercial team based upon customer and trading KPIs. This role is also responsible for category specific search optimisation, using analytics to identify and track customer and seasonal trends, reporting on weekly KPIs, working with our technology teams on continually improvements of our current tools as well as being a key part of building the strategic plans for the future of search and browse. Working in an agile working environment (full training given).
You will be responsible for:
Owning
Previous e-commerce experience working in search and taxonomy desirable.
Relationship management across cross functional teams
Collaboration with multiple stakeholders
Identifying and driving forward opportunities
Flexibility and ability to place and organise.
People management experience desirable
of the online taxonomy customer journey by overseeing the accuracy BAU line mapping of all new lines. Building and executing a seasonal trading plan with the commercial team.
On site search optimisation for category specific proposition, identifying and focusing improving trending and key search terms.
Building and using analytical dashboards tracking and reporting on weekly KPIs
Collaborating with multiple departments within the online space to build out a taxonomy that aligns with various key objectives.
Building close and effective relationships with key teams across multiple disciplines
Spotting and implementing process and technological improvements within the work stream, including the writing, and presenting of business cases.
Owning and adapting taxonomy processes and procedures as the business grows and diversifies.

You will need:
