As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping clients discover and enjoy the Victoria Beckham brand. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients, providing a tailored shopping experience and styling advice.
Assist customers with product selections, ensuring they receive expert advice on our collections and product details.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up to date with the latest collections and brand news.
Drive sales through excellent customer service, aiming to exceed individual and team sales targets.
Contribute to creating a welcoming, luxury shopping environment by upholding the Victoria Beckham brand’s standards of presentation and service.
Support with stock management, including restocking, inventory control, and ensuring the boutique floor is well-organized.
Assist in the execution of exclusive events or promotions for clients, helping to build brand loyalty and increase sales.
Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales role within luxury retail is preferred, but not essential.
A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the Victoria Beckham brand.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.
A sales-driven mindset and the ability to deliver exceptional service.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work during peak trading periods, including weekends and holidays.
