Sales Assistant

We are looking for both part-time and full-time sales assistants to join a renowned luxury chocolate brand. The ideal candidates will be well-presented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and possess excellent customer service skills. A passion for chocolate and fine food is essential. Experience in luxury retail (especially food) or a similar fast-paced, customer-focused environment is preferred.

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
Promote and sell a range of luxury chocolate products with enthusiasm and expertise.
Maintain a high standard of product knowledge to assist customers in making informed choices.
Ensure the store environment is welcoming, well-presented, and aligned with brand standards.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving overall store performance.
Manage stock levels and assist with stock replenishment and merchandising.
