Are you an experienced rewards professional looking for your next challenge? We are partnering with a renowned global retailer to find an experienced rewards partner. This is a temporary role requiring immediate availability, offering a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established team.

In this role, you will design and implement innovative reward strategies that align with business objectives, analyze market trends and competitor offerings to enhance our rewards program, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of rewards initiatives. You'll also provide expert advice on compensation structures, benefits, and recognition programs.

We’re looking for candidates with proven experience in rewards management within a global retail environment, strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid model, with at least one day a week in the vibrant central London office, is essential.
