An excellent opportunity has come up to join one of the UK’s leading high street retailers based in Norwich. We are looking to speak with supervisors looking for the next position with a company that focuses on one-to-one selling and first class customer service. J

You’ll work alongside a motivated and close-knit team dedicated to making the store a success. Product knowledge, good listening skills and warm aptitude for selling to your customers is key. You will be a role model for the junior members of the team, whilst enhancing your skills for future progression.

As a vital member of the management team, you’ll be a proactive supervisor, ready to support and step up whenever needed. They’ll provide you with comprehensive training and support, empowering you with responsibility and the freedom to grow.

The role offers a basic salary of up to £27,000, along with an attractive benefits package including a generous discount, wellness programs, and ongoing rewards for your commitment and service.
