As customer service manager, you’ll take the lead in driving the commercial success of your department while managing a team of 7 to 10 dedicated sales professionals. Leading by example, you’ll inspire and motivate your team, ensuring exceptional service and strong sales performance. Working closely with a wider management team, seamless collaboration will be essential to maintain smooth operations across multiple stores.

We’re looking for a retail management professional with strong commercial awareness, a passion for delivering first-class customer service, and a results-driven mindset. You’ll be confident in achieving sales targets and KPIs while fostering strong relationships—especially as many team members represent external brands and concessions.
