Retail Operations Coordinator

We are supporting an expanding womenswear retailer who is currently looking for a retail operations coordinator to join its head office team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting and varied role which will see the successful candidate supporting the head of retail across their impressive portfolio of standalone and concession stores, ensuring that the teams have the information and administrative support required.

Responsibilities include ensuring sales data is communicated to store teams, collating and checking rotas, managing new starter training schedules, preparing presentations for meetings and conducting mystery shopper outings.

The ideal candidate will have been exposed to working in a fashion head office environment, be efficient and organised, have intermediate Excel and be a strong communicator.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £29,000 as well as free snacks in the office and hybrid working after probation.
