Retail Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales focused retail manager to join a storage facility retailer in Kings Cross. This company is going form strenght to strenght and continuing to open stores and provide great service and products to their customers.

This position fully accountable for your store to drive sales, KPIs and budgets. You will be responsible for training and development of your team and for making commercial decisions to drive profit and establish this store in the local market. It will maintain the highest levels of customer service in your store and lead your team from the front.

We are searching for a store manager from a customer service focused and sales focused environment. Our client is looking for a passionate people manager who is excellent at communication and enjoys developing a team. You will have experience delivering great customer service and building relationships with loyal customers.
