This timeless accessories retailer is looking for a retail manager to join its thriving team. The company is currently leading the industry within its niche, and is taking strategic decisions to further its grip on the market.

The role will entail working towards KPIs and ensuring the store is compliant with company standards as well as level of customer service. Stocktakes and ensuring customer satisfaction will fall under your jurisdiction, whilst staff development will also be critical to success.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a team within a retail environment. Interpersonal skills will also be required to create long lasting relationships with your team and customers alike, allowing for a harmonious environment to be created in store.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £36,000 plus a host of retail discounts through a reward gateway.
