Retail Manager

We're excited to offer an incredible opportunity for the role of retail manager at a prestigious retailer based at Teesside Airport. The focus is on delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we need someone who shares this priority. This role is all about inspiring a sales team, making sure that you have the right team in the right location feeling motivated, well trained and ready for action..

As the retail manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of the store. You'll oversee a direct team of 14 staff. You will be leading by example with a hands-on approach. Their will be a fair amount of autonomy to the role, so a strong leader that is determined for success is key.

We're looking for candidates with retail management experience and a sharp sense of commercial strategy. Your ability to deliver excellent customer service, along with a proactive approach to meeting store performance targets and KPIs, will be key to your success. Since your team may include members from external brands and concessions, your skills in building strong relationships will be invaluable. Candidates from department store backgrounds work particularly well.

The salary package includes a salary of up to £30,500, with an attractive benefits package that features an annual bonus of £4,000. YThe benefits package is extensive including, but not limited to, 33 days holiday, 6% matched pension, up to 70% discount, tastecard, life insurance
