A thriving womenswear retailer based in the centre city of Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic store manager to join their team. With ambitious growth plans over the next year, this role offers excellent opportunities for internal progression. As store manager you will be leading the team to success, driving sales and hitting KPI's. This is a personalised one-to-one service and as such strong coaching and mentoring is a must to deliver the right customer experience. Creating an engaged team that feels valued is key.

Ideally, you will come from a similar environment where the customer experience is at the heart of your service offering. You will be able to demonstrate strong people leadership with fantastic retail management experience.

The basic salary on offer if up to £37,000 for the right candidate. There is a generous discount scheme and additional discounts with 3,500+ retailers, 30 days annual leave and various wellness programmes.
