Retail Manager

An established multi-product retailer based in Jersey are looking for a retail manager to drive service standards/sales and whilst ensuring operations are efficient. This retailer has amassed a significant following over the years and is recognised globally by many.
As a store manager the priority will be to motivate and guide your team on the shop floor, but also ensure that store standards are being maintained with an emphasis on stock availability and cost control
The ideal candidate will be familiar with working in high footfall environments and be based on the island of Gurnsey or open to relocation. An FMCG background is preferred for this role.
The salary is paying up to £40,000 plus a £6000 cost of living allowance and £3500 relocation allowance.
