This high-street fashion retailer is looking for a retail manager to join its flagship store in the heart of London. The company is a household name, renowned for its dedication to providing the best quality products to its ever growing customer base.

The role will entail leading the team to ensure they are performing to an optimal level, and maximising their potential. The day to day running of the store will also fall under your jurisdiction as retail manager, whilst maintaining exemplary standards and service will also be required.

Coming from a retail background in accessories, the ideal candidate will have consistent management experience, and will demonstrate a passion for working within the industry. A collaborative and proactive approach will also be necessary to capitalise on any market trends and help drive performance in store.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £40,000 and an opportunity to grow your OTE through a generous performance based bonus scheme.
