We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a retail customer services manager to join a premium travel retail brand based at Manchester Airport. With high footfall and an energetic pace, no two days are the same—and customer experience is always the top priority.
As customer service manager, you’ll lead a team of 7 to 10 talented sales professionals, driving commercial performance and ensuring consistently exceptional service. You’ll lead from the front, setting the standard for customer interaction, team motivation, and sales excellence. Collaboration will also be key, as you’ll work alongside other managers to keep operations running smoothly across multiple stores with high sales and footfall.
We’re looking for a commercially savvy, customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-moving retail environment. You should be confident in hitting targets, managing KPIs, and building strong relationships—especially with external brand and concession partners.
