Restaurant Manager

This industry leading quick service restaurant (QSR) is looking for a restaurant manager to join its Nottingham based team. The company is going from strength to strength, currently in profit and with expansion plans on the horizon.

The role will entail the day to day running of the restaurant, overseeing a team and ensuring they are maximising their potential. Meeting customer demand especially during busier periods will also fall under your jurisdiction, at this high profile site.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate previous managerial experience within a restaurant/hospitality setting and will be operating at a managerial level presently. An understanding of how to motivate and lead a team will be second nature to the ideal candidate, whilst prior employment within a QSR is also beneficial.

The successful applicant will earn a salary of up to £38,000 with great opportunities to grow your OTE through a performance based bonus system. The benefits also include a friends and family discount of up to 70% and a internal development programme to upskill yourself and progress.
